Presently if any individual do job for free in any company or organisation including freelancing or remote job then there is no value of that person. Each person need for money to full their needs and responsibilities of their family. If you do job for free they your company exploits you and people will start thinking you a fool or stupid and also laughing on you.

Without money there is no life exist of any person. If you do job free then your family members leaves you and there is no value in your society. In my opinion person cannot do job for free in any condition. I can also not do job for free. Thus, you should not do job for free.
