India won the first T20 match by 50 runs with England

In the first T20 match, India won the match by 50 runs with England due to great performance in batting and bowling. After winning this match, India leads by (1-0) in the 3 T20 match series against England.

Earlier, India won the toss and chose to bat first and made a huge score of 198/8 in 20 overs due to great batted by Hardik Pandya 51 (33), Suryakumar Yadav 39 (19), Deepak Hooda 33 (17), and Rohit Sharma 24 (14). Chris Jordan 2/23 (4), Moeen Ali 2/26 (2), Reece Topley 1/34 (4), Matt Parkinson 1/44 (4), and Tymal Mills 1/35 (3) were good bowling from the England side. After this inning, India set a huge target of 199 runs in 20 overs for England to win this match.

During chasing, England was all out at only 148 runs in 19.3 overs due to great bowled by Hardik Pandya 4/33 (4), Arshdeep Singh 2/18 (3.3), and Yuzvendra Singh 2/32 (4), Harshal Patel 1/24 (3), and Bhuvneshwar Kumar 1/10 (3). Moeen Ali 36 (20), Harry Brook 28 (23), and Chris Jordan 26* (17) were good batting from the England side.

Hardik Pandya (IND), 4/33 (4) & 51 (33), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in bowling and batting.
