Anxiety occurs due to basic health problems that could be the first symptoms of a physical rather than mental illness in several cases. An individual may suffer one or more anxiety disorders at the same time and can also accompany several other mental health issues such as depression or bipolar disorder.

But an anxiety disorder is a feeling of fear that may be all time due to any problem or any change in life. It can also cause you to stop doing things that you can enjoy. However, in the extreme cases of anxiety disorder, you may fear in small things such as crossing the road, but if it is untreated then this type of anxiety will keep getting worse.
This type of anxiety is one of the most common forms of the emotional disorder that may affect any person at any age. As per the American Psychiatric Association, women are more probable as compared with male people to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
