Samsung launches Galaxy Wide 2 smartphone in South Korea at Rs 17,000

South Korean company, Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Wide 2 smartphone in South Korean market. It will be available at a price of KRW 297,000 (approximately Rs 17,000). The Samsung is partnership with SK telecom for the launch of the new device.  The new launched smartphone is the successor of Galaxy Wide smartphone in South Korea.

The Galaxy Wide 2 smartphone offers a 5.5-inch HD with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels LCD display with 2.5D curved glass display and operates on Android 7.0 operating system. It has an octa-core 1.6GHz processor with 2GB of RAM. The device offers 16GB storage that can be expandable up to 256GB by using microSD card and is back up by a 3300mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with a camera at rear of 13-megapixel with f/1.9 aperture and a camera at front of 5-megapixel used for selfie. Its dimensions are 151.5×76.4×8.6mm and weighs 170 grams. The company did not inform about the launch of Galaxy Wide 2 smartphone in international market.

Earlier the company has introduced the Galaxy Wide smartphone in July which is available at a price of KRW 319,000 (approximately Rs 18,600).
