It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian athlete, Parul Chaudhary won the bronze medal in the women’s 3000m steepchase event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the bronze medal, India won 36 medals 4 gold medals, 15 silver medals, and 17 bronze medals in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Parul Chaudhary was placed in the third position with the timing of 9:08.67 seconds and won the bronze medal in the women’s 3000m steepchase event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. Ankita of India was placed in the fourth position with the timing of 9:18.24 seconds in the women’s 3000m steepchase event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Winfred Yavi of Bahrain won the gold medal with the timing of 9:04.36 seconds and Norah Jeruto Tanui of Kazakhstan won the silver medal with the timing of 9:06.82 seconds in the women’s 3000m steepchase event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Earlier, Parul Chaudhary won the historic gold medal with the timing of 15:14.75 seconds in the women’s 5000m race event at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2023 in China. She also won the silver medal with the timing of 9:27.63 seconds in the women’s 3000m steepchase event at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2023 in China.
