Basic Conditions are essential to maintain good health

An individual can be said having good health if he/she

  1. Has no mental problem
  2. Had no social tension
  3. Has no sickness or disease.
  4. Has no anxiety
  5. Has no depression
  6. Has no physical handicap
  7. Has no psychological tension

To maintain or achieve good health, the basic conditions are

  1. Keep good hygiene – A person should be clean his/her body by taking bath regularly. The clothes should also be changed regularly.. Hands should be washed with soap and water before eating and after coming from toilet. Food must be protected from flies and insects.
  2. Regular exercise – To keep body fit or healthy, we should do regular exercise, which may depends on the age of an individual.
  3. Balanced diet – Balanced diet containing required amount of essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and many more should be taken regularly.
  4. Clean environment – For good health, healthy or clean environment is also necessary. Further fruits, vegetables, and food grains should be cleaned before use. Drinking water must be cleaned before take. Pure air is also essential for keeping good health. Smokeless chulhas should be used of possible chimneys may be used in the kitchen.
  5. Avoid bad habits – For good health, one should avoid taking any type of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, which have bad affects on health.
