What’s your go-to comfort food?

Several comfort foods are beneficial in calming our mind and making me feel happy by lowering stress and depression, are given below –

  • Egg-Based Dishes – A variety of egg-based dishes, such as half-boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, omelettes, and more, can help comfort our minds and make us feel happy by reducing stress and depression.
  • Fruit Cream – It’s a comforting and sweet dish, perfect for after dinner, as it brings happiness and comfort, and is also beneficial for our health.
  • Chola Poori – I took chola poori at breakfast, especially on Sunday, to calm my mind and make me feel happy for the whole day.
  • Aaloo ka Paratha – I took aaloo ka Paratha on holidays, especially on Sunday, to reduce stress and make me feel happy on holiday.
  • Arhar Daal and Chawal – I also take arhar daal and chawal when we are tired and do not want to eat vegetables and oily foods.

  • Mutton Biryani – It is also a good or comforting sweet dish, especially taken after dinner to make me happy and comforted.
  • Maggi –I also took Maggi, especially in the evening breakfast with tea to comfort my mind and make us feel happy with our family members.
  • Pizza – It is also comforting food when my mood is not good at that time. When I take pizza, it changes our mood and makes me feel happy for the whole day.
  • Pudding – It is also the best and comforting sweet dish, especially taken after dinner to make me happy and comforted.
  • Kheer – It is also a good or comforting sweet dish, especially taken after dinner to make me happy and comforted.
  • Mutton Korma – It is also a good and comforting sweet dish, especially taken after dinner, and makes me happy and comforted.
