There are several of my daily habits are given below β

- My main habit is to write blogs and articles in several fields including technical, economics, tourism, health, and many more.
- Mostly, I take egg dishes including omlette, boiledl eggs, and many more and tea in the morning breakfast with great refreshment and gain energy for the whole day.
- I also watch cricket matches including T20 World Cup
- s, test cricket, and many more with great excitement when I am free.
- I bathe daily to prevent several infectious diseases and refresh the mind, especially in the summer season.
- When I am free then I watch horror and suspense serials or movies to refresh my mind and reduce depression.
- I take lunch and dinner with light dishes with family members. Sometimes, I take lunch and dinner with heavy or delicious dishes for refreshment.
- I do daily exercise to maintain our weight and is beneficial to prevent or lower the risk of several diseases which are associated with obesity.
- I take tea daily in the morning and evening to refresh my mind and gain energy for any work.
