What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I play badminton as the most fun way to exercise, which may help in reducing or maintaining weight, improves stamina, and many more for healthy and better life. Badminton is my favorite sport and played with my friends, cousins, and parents for fun and enjoyment during childhood days and the present time.
When I feel stressed or depressed, then I played badminton with my cousins or friends for fun and refreshment. I also played badminton with my friends in the summer vacations or holidays to reduce stress and tension. I also played badminton in the early morning as the most fun to exercise for healthy life.
Thus, I played badminton as the most fun to exercise during my childhood days and the present time to reduce or maintain weight for good physical and mental health.
