Fasting (Roza) is a very important practice of Ramzan and is compulsory for all Muslims across the world. Fasting (Roza) is also beneficial for your health including reducing weight, decrease blood pressure, weight loss, maintain sugar levels in blood, good for heart health, and many more.

Ramzan is mainly based on fasting (Roza) thus it is also called as Fasting (Roza) money, Muslims also enhances worship (Ibadat) by offering regularly five-time prayer (Namaz) offer special prayer (Namaz) in Shab-e-Qadr, giving Charity (Zakat and Fitrah) to help poor people, Reciting the Holy Quran, and many more to seek forgiveness, blessings, and rewards from almighty Allah during the sacred month of Ramzan.

I also offer Fasting (Roza) in the whole month of Ramzan.
