Masjid al-Haram is also called as Sacred Mosque and is considered one of the most important mosques for the Muslim community in Islam. It is also popularly called as the Great Mosque of Mecca which encloses the vicinity or surrounding area of the Kaaba in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The Kaaba is located in the Masjid al-Haram thus, this masjid is also the most important pilgrim place where every Muslim performs at least one Haj in their lives. Several Muslims who are not able to perform Hajj, perform Umrah in Masjid al-Haam. Muslims perform only one Haj in the whole year and Umrah at any time in the whole year. During Umrah and Haj, Muslims circulate (tawaf) the Kaaba inside the Masjid al-Haram in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Muslim community must visit or Ziarat pilgrim sites in the Masjid al-Haram during Umrah and Hajj including the Zamzam Well, hills of Safa and Marwa, Maqam Ibrahim, and Black Stone. Presently, Masjid al-Haram is one of the most expensive buildings and the largest masjid all around the world.. As per the Islamic Calendar, Muslim pilgrims perform Hajj in the month of Dhu al-Hijja and Umrah at any time in the whole year.

Earlier, I also visited Masjid al-Haram to perform Umrah with our parents in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. I was delighted to perform Umrah and see the Kaaba in front of our eyes inside the Masjid al-Haram in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It was an unbelievable or memorable or unforgettable moment for me to visit or Ziarat Kaaba within the Masjid al-Haram in front of our eyes. I performed the first Umrah which was a very emotional and memorable moment for me in my whole life.
