My Morning Activities

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Morning Rituals is an important activity which helps your day with fresh mind and great starting. It is beneficial in lowering stress, increasing confidence, boosting mood, providing energy for whole day, better sleep, good for mental health, and many more.

My morning rituals are waking up early morning for fresh air and walk in between beautiful nature with great excitement. After that, I pray and then exercise to reduce or maintain weight for good health. I read newspaper for latest political and sports news with tea. Later, I bath with fresh water for fresh mind, took light breakfast and started work for on a project for client as freelance content writer with fresh mind.

My first hour spent in the morning in walking for fresh air, exercising, and reading newspaper with tea.
