  2. I did’nt know that. I smoke everyday. I stopped 4 years, since I knew I was pregnant… now my daughter is an adult and she lives in another town, only my cats could complain. Sorry about my broken English, I am French .

  3. Three years and three months ago, I made a life-changing decision inspired by my fiancé’s unwavering support. Her gentle reminders about the harmful effects of smoking, the lingering smell, the financial strain, and the risks of secondhand smoke resonated deeply with me. So, I took the plunge and married her, and in doing so, I also bid farewell to a habit that had consumed close to 34 years of my life.

Since then, I’ve embraced a healthier lifestyle and rediscovered the joys of breathing freely. I traded in my pack of cigarettes for a mountain bike, and now I find solace and exhilaration in cycling 15 miles, three to five times a week. It’s incredible how much better I feel, both physically and mentally, with each breath of fresh air.

Moreover, I managed to convince a very good friend of mine and his wife to quit as well. We’re all better off without smoking!
