Five things for fun to reduce stress in our life

List five things you do for fun.

Fun is also called as enjoyment, amusement, pleasure, or entertainment. It plays an important role in lowering stress or depression in daily life. The responsibilities of family, try to make more money, competitive exams, and many more that causes stress in the life. Thus, fun is an important part of our life in reducing stress and make happy.

When I am free then I fun with our friends to play games, go for any trip, watch movies, take lunch or dinner, and many more.

There are five things to fun in our life are given below –

1. I like to write articles or blogs or share my feelings in WordPress.com to reduce loneliness and make happy.

2. I like to watch horror serials or movies, suspense or thriller serials or movies as fun at late night alone as entertainment to lower stress.

3. I like to use social media websites including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and many more for chatting, and sharing posts or images with our friends for fun or enjoyment

4. I like to take fast food for refreshment and fun with our family members to reduce stress.

5. During holidays, I like to watch movies, go for trip, take delicious lunch or dinner and many more with our family members and close friends for enjoyment and reduce stress in our life.
