After this inning, Sri Lanka set a target of 106 runs in 20 overs for Sri Lanka to win this match.

During chasing, Afghanistan lost two wickets, easily chased the target of 106 runs in only 10.1, and won this match by 8 wickets with Sri Lanka due to great batting by Rahmanullah Gurbaz 40 (18), Hazratullah Zazai 37* (28), and Ibrahim Zadran 15 (13). There is only Wanindu Hasaranga 1/19 (3) who takes one wicket from the Sri Lanka side.
