PV Sindhu won the Gold Medal in Badminton at the Commonwealth Games 2022

It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian Badminton Player, PV Sindhu won the gold medal in badminton at the commonwealth games 2022 in Birmingham. She won the gold medal in the women’s singles at the ongoing commonwealth games 2022.

PV Sindhu defeated Michelle Li of Canada by 21-15, 21-13 in the women’s singles in the final match and won the gold medal at the commonwealth games 2022. Previously, she also won the silver medal in the women’s singles at the commonwealth games 2022. She won the first gold medal in the women’s singles at the commonwealth games 2022.

Earlier, PV Sindhu won the silver medal in the women’s singles at the Rio Olympics 2016. She also won the bronze medal in the women’s singles at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. In the commonwealth games, she won the gold medal in the mixed team badminton at the commonwealth games 2018 in Gold Coast. She also won the silver medal in the women’s singles at the commonwealth games 2018 in Gold Coast. She also won the bronze medal in the women’s singles at the commonwealth games 2014 in Glasgow.
