It’s a very proud moment for our country that the Indian men’s table tennis team won the 5th gold medal for India in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham.
They won the gold medal by winning the final match against Singapore (3-1) in the ongoing commonwealth games. After winning the gold medal, India won 12 medals including 5 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals. Out of 12 medals, 8 medals in weightlifting, 2 medals in judokas, and one medal each in table tennis and lawn bowl. Now, India ranks 6th position in the commonwealth games 2022 in Birmingham.
