Harjinder Kaur won the bronze medal in the Commonwealth Games 2022

It’s a great news for our country that Indian weightlifter, Harjinder Kaur won the 9th medal for India in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. She won a bronze medal in the women’s 71kg weightlifting at the Commonwealth Games 2022.

She won a bronze medal with a total lift of 212kg including 93 kg in snatch and 119kg in clean and jerk. In the first attempt, she failed to lift a 90kg snatch and later successfully lifted a 90kg snatch in the second attempt. After that, she lifted a 93kg snatch in the third attempt.

Harjinder Kaur lifted 113kg in the first attempt in clean and jerk. In the second attempt, she lifted 116kg. Later, she lifted 119kg in the third attempt and won a bronze medal with a total lift of 212kg ( 93+119) kg in the women’s 71 kg weightlifting at the commonwealth games 2022 in Birmingham.
