India won the third one-day match by 119 runs (DLS method) with West Indies

In the third or last one-day match, India won the match by 119 runs (DLS method) with West Indies due to great performance in batting and bowling. After winning this match, India clean sweep the series by (3-0) in the three one-day international matches series with West Indies.

Earlier, India won the toss and chose to bat first and made a good score of 225/3 in 36 overs due to great batting by Shubham Gill 98* (98), Shikhar Dhawan 58 (74), and Shreyas Iyer 44 (34). Both Hayden Walsh Jr. 2/57 (8), and Akeal Hosein 1/43 (8) were good bowling from the West Indies side. But due to rain, the DLS method came into play and the target for West Indies was to chase 257 runs in 35 overs to win this match.

During chasing, West Indies was all out at only 137 runs in 26 overs due to great bowling by Yuzvendra Chahal 4/17 (4), Mohammad Siraj 2/14 (3), Shardul Thakur 2/17 (5), Axar Patel 1/38 (6), and Prasidh Krishna 1/30 (4). Nicholas Pooran 42 (32), Brandon King 42 (37), and Shai Hope 22 (33) were good batting from the West Indies side.

Shubham Gill (IND) 98* (98), was declared as the Player of the match due to his great performance in batting. He was also declared as the Player of the Series due to his great performance in batting in the whole series.
