England won the second one-day match by 100 runs with India

In the second one-day match, England won the match by 100 runs with India due to great performance in batting and bowling. After winning this match, England leveled the series by (1-1) in the three one-day matches series with India.

Earlier India won the toss and chose to bowl first thus England first batted and made a good score of 246/10 in 49 overs due to great batted by Moeen Ali 47 (64), David Willey 41 (49), Jonny Bairstow 38 (38), and Liam Livingstone 33 (33). Yuzvendra Chahal 4/47 (10), Hardik Pandya 2/28 (6), Jasprit Bumrah 2/49 (10), Mohammad Shami 1/48 (10), and Prasidh Krishna 1/53 (8) were good bowling from the India side. After this inning, England set a target of 247 runs in 50 overs for India to win this match.

During chasing, India was all out at only 146 runs in 38.5 overs due to great bowled by Reece Topley 6/24 (9.5), Liam Livingstone 1/4 (2), David Willey 1/27 (9), Brydon Carse 1/32 (7), and Moeen Ali 1/30 (4). Hardik Pandya 29 (44), Ravindra Jadeja 29 (44), Suryakumar Yadav 27 (29), and Mohammad Shami 23 (28) were good bowling from the India side.

Reece Topley (ENG), 6/24 (9.5), was declared as the Player of the Match due to his great performance in bowling.
