New Zealand won the match by 52 runs with Namibia

In the 36th match of ICC T20 World Cup 2021, New Zealand won the match by 52 runs with Namibia due to great performance in batting and bowling.

Earlier Namibia won the toss and chose to bowl first thus New Zealand first batted and made a good score of 163/4 (20) due to great batted by Glenn Philips 39*(21), James Neesham 35*(23), and Kane Williamson 28 (25). Bernard Scholtz 1/15 (3), Gerhard Erasmus 1/22 (4), and David Wiese 1/40 (4) were good bowled from the Namibia side.

During chasing, Namibia scored 111/7 (20) and lost this match by 52 runs with New Zealand due to great bowled by Tim Southee 2/15 (4), Trent Boult 2/20 (4), and James Neesham 1/6 (1). Michael van Lingen 25 (25), Zane Green 23 (27), and Stephan Baard 21 (22) were good batted from the Namibia side. After winning this match, New Zealand was placed in the second position with 6 points in group 2.

Due to his great performance in bowling and batting, James Neesham (NZ) 1/6 (1), 35* (23), was declared as the Player of the Match.
