Scotland won the match by 8 wickets with Oman

In the 10th match of ICC T20 World Cup 2021, Scotland won the match by 8 wickets with Oman due to great performance in bowling and batting.

Earlier Oman won the toss and chose to bat first and made a low score of 122/10 (20) due to great bowled by Josh Davey 3/25 (4), Michael Leask 2/13 (3), Safyaan Sharif 2/25 (4), and Mark Watt 1/23 (4). Aquib Ilyas 37 (35), Zeeshan Maqsood 34 (30), and Mohammad Nadeem 25 (21) were good batted from the Oman side. Oman set the target of 123 runs in 20 overs for Scotland.

During chasing, Scotland lose two wickets, reached the target at only 17 over and, won the match easily by 8 wickets with Oman due to great batted by Kyle Coetzer 41 (28), Richie Berrington 31* (21), and Mathew Cross 26* (35). Both Fayyaz Butt 1/26 (3), and Khawar Ali 1/27 (4) were good bowled from the Oman side.

After winning this match, Scotland won all three matches and reached the Super 12 of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Previously Bangladesh won the match by 84 runs with Papua New Guinea and already reached in the Super 12 of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.

Due to his great performance in bowling, Josh Davey (SCO) 3/25 (4), was declared as the Player of the Match.
