Scotland won the match by 17 runs with Papua New Guinea

In the 5th match of ICC T 20 World Cup 2021, Scotland (SCO) won the match by 17 runs with Papua New Guinea (PNG) due to good performance in batting and bowling.

Earlier Scotland won the toss and chose to bat first and made a good score of 165/9 (20) due to great batted by Richie Berrington 70 (49), Matthew Cross 45 (36), and George Munsey 15 (10). Kabua Morea 4/31 (4), Chad Soper 3/24 (4), and Simon Atai 1/20 (3) were good bowled from Papua New Guinea.

During chasing, Papua New Guinea was all out at 148 (19.3) and lose this match by 17 runs with Scotland due to great bowled by Josh Davey 4/18 (3.3), Alasdair Evans 1/22 (3), and Mark Watt 1/23 (4). Norman Vanua 47 (37), Sese Bau 24 (23), and Kiplin Doriga 18 (11) were good batted from the Papua New Guinea side.

Due to great performance in batting, Richie Berrington (SCO), 70 (49), was declared as the Player of the Match.
