Pizza – At present, pizza is very popular fast food in all over the world among youngsters and kids. It is easily available in restaurants and also delivery at home. It is an Italian dish which contains yeasted flatbread with tomato sauce placed at topped and cheese. Some pizzas contain several vegetables, meats and condiments at topped without cheese. It is prepared in oven.
As per medical studies, pizza contains rich in fats and calories which can increase the risk of the obesity, heart diseases and diabetes. This study is cleared that the pizza is harmful for health. Pizza is very easily available through delivery so people take several pizzas in a week which is very harmful for health.

- Increase weight – The major disadvantages of pizza is increasing in weight. It is a junk food and predictable at about 3500 calories which effects rise in weight by 1 pound. The increased weight is linked with several diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, blood pressure and many more diseases.
- Harmful for heart – Pizza is a junk food so it contain high amount of sodium which increases the risk of blood pressure, diabetes and resulting a cardiovascular diseases. At present, youngsters and kids are addicted to many pizzas in a week which can increase the risk of heart diseases.
- Stomach irritation – Pizza is made up of refined flour, contain high source of carbohydrates which is not easy to digest. High amount of taking pizza causes serious gastrointestinal disorders.
- Not suitable for skin – Daily consumption of pizza raises the sebaceous glands which causes acne on skin.
- Rise in cholesterol – High level of fats are present in pizza which increases the cholesterol level in our body which increases the risk of heart attacks.
The pizza contains high level of fat and sugar which have adverse effect on health especially on youngsters and kids.
