What’s the most underrated life skill?

Nowadays, the most underrated life skill is honesty. At present, there is no value of honest individuals in any field including political, and professional field. Most individuals treat honest individuals as a fool in any field.

If any honest individual action against dishonest person then system punished honest individual instead of dishonest person. So there is no value of honest individuals in any field.

In my opinion, honesty is the most underrated life skill in the present time.
