It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian athlete, Gulveer Singh won the bronze medal in the men’s 5000m race event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the bronze medal, India won 49 medals including 5 gold medals, 21 silver medals, and 23 bronze medals in then Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Gulveer Singh was placed in the second position with the timing of 13:32,75 seconds and won the bronze medal in the men’s 5000m race event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. Birhanu Balew of Bahrain won the gold medal with the timing of 13:30.79 seconds and Tomonori Yamaguchiof Japan won the silver medal with the timing of 13:31.43 seconds in the men’s 5000m race event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Earlier, Gulveer Singh won the silver medal with the timing of 3:36.72 seconds in the men’s 1500m race event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. He also won the silver medal with the timing of 28:29.38 seconds in the men’s 10,000m race event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.
