It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian athlete, Murali Sreeshankar won the silver medal in the men’s long jump at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the silver medal, India won 43 medals including 4 gold medals, 19 silver medals, and 20 bronze medals in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Murali Sreeshankar was placed in the second position with the jump of 8.07m and won the silver medal in the men’s long jump at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. Shi Yuhao of China won the gold medal with a timing of 8.17m and Anwar Anvarov of Uzbekistan won the bronze medal with the jump of 8.06m in the men’s long jump event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Earlier, Murali Sreeshankar won the silver medal with a jump of 8.09m in the men’s long jump event at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow. He also won the silver medal with the jump of 8.19m in the men’s long jump at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 in China. He also won the silver medal with the jump of 8.08m in the men’s long jump at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in the year 2022.
