It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian athlete, Manpreet Kaur won the bronze medal in the women’s shot put event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the medal, India won 21 medals including 2 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 11 bronze medals in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan

Manpreet Kaur was placed in the second position with the best throw of 17.17m and won the bronze medal in the women’s shot put event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. Jiayuan Song of China won the gold medal with the best throw of 19.08m and  Linru Zhang of China won the silver medal with the best throw of 18.14m in the women’s shot put event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.
