It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian wushu player, Naorem Roshibina Devi scripted history and won the silver medal in the women’s sanda 60kg event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the silver medal, India won 14 medals including 1 gold medal, 6 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Roshibina Devi lost the final match 0-2 with Zhang Xiaoyu of China and won the silver medal in the women’s sanda 60kg event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the silver medal, Roshibina Devi become the first Indian player to win three medals in the women’s sanda 60kg event in the Asian Games.

Earlier, Roshibina Devi won the silver medal in the women’s sanda 60kg event at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. She also won the bronze medal in the women’s sanda 60kg event at the Asian Games Jakarta 2018.
