It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian team won the silver medal in the mixed 4x400m relay event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. After winning the medal, India won 17 medals including 1 gold medal, 7 silver medals, and 9 bronze medals in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Team India including Vishal TK, M.R. Poovamms, Manu Saji, and Vithya Ramraj was placed in the second position with the timing of 3:14.46 seconds and won the silver medal in the mixed 4x400m relay event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan. Bahrain won the gold medal with the timing of 3:13.87 seconds and Vietnam won the bronze medal with the timing of 3:14.54 seconds in the mixed 4x400m relay event at the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

Earlier, Team India won the silver medal in the mixed 4x400m relay event with a National record timing of 3:14.34 seconds at the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 in China.
