Ashmita Chaliha won the final match 2-1 against Han Qianxi of China and won the first-ever BWF Tour Title at Korea Masters in the year 2026.

Ashmita Chaliha won the final match 14-21, 21-14, and 21-14 against Han Qianxi of China, and won the historical first BWF Tour Title at Korea Masters in the year 2026. Earlier, Ashmita Chaliha won the semifinal match 21-13, 16-21, and 21-13 against Rakshitha Ramraj of India and reached into the final at Korea Masters 2026.

Earlier, Ashmita Chaliha won the gold medal in badminton in women’s team event at the Asian Team Championships in Selangor in the year 2024. Ashmita Chaliha also won the gold medal in both the women’s team and women’s singles events at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in the year 2019.
