Murali Sreeshankar won the historic silver medal with a best jump of 8.09m in the men’s long jump at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026. Tajay Gayle of Jamaica won the gold medal with a best jump of 8.15m while Stephen Mackenzie clinched the bronze medal with a best jump of 8.08m in the men’s long jump in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026.

Earlier, Murali Sreeshankar won the silver medal with a best jump of 8.08m in the men’s long jump at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in the year 2022. Murali Sreeshankar also won the silver medal with a best jump of 8.19m in the men’s long jump in the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
