It’s a proud moment for our country that Indian para athlete, Mohammad Basil Morssinganakath created history and won the silver medal in the men’s 100m T47 category in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026. After winning the silver medal, India won 15 medals including 3 gold medals,  9 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026.

Mohammad Basil won the historic silver medal with the best time of 10.83 seconds in the men’s 100m event at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026. Dilip Gavit won the historic gold medal with the best time of 10.71 seconds in the men’s 100m T47 category while Kevin Santos of England clinched the bronze medal with the best time of 10.85 seconds in the men’s 100m T47 category in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the year 2026.
