Sleep is essential to maintain good health and overall well-being. It is necessary to sleep mainly at night, which results increased energy, good for heart health, and boost immune system. Sleep is a basic biological necessity just like eating and daily activities. Sleep allows the body and mind to rest, recover, gain energy, and refreshes for the next day. A good night’s sleep improves memory, good concentration, and also improves learning capabilities.
Sleep also helps in strengthening the immune system and supports physical growth and development. Lack of sleep may cause to stress, laziness, tiredness, and poor performance in daily and professional activities. Children also need enough sleep to stay healthy and active. It is beneficial for their studies and also good performance in studies.
