What’s a simple pleasure in life that brings you joy?

Several individuals play several sports, which brings joy and happiness, and is also good for physical health and fitness. Playing several sports including cricket, football, badminton, hockey, volleyball, and many more with friends or cousins for fun and enjoyment during free from work or studies.

I also played several sports including badminton, cricket, and football in school with my school friends for refreshment and boost mood during my childhood and college days  I also played hide and seek, chess, cards, and many more with ny cousins for fun and enjoyment during my childhood days.

I still play several sports including cricket, badminton, and football with my friends and colleagues for refreshment and joy to reduce my stress and feel calm mind, which is good for mental health. I also play several sports for fitness and health, which may also reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, and  diabetes, and is also good for heart health.

Thus,playing several sports including badminton, cricket, football, hide and seek, chess, cards, and many more with my friends or cousins for pleasure and joy during my childhood and college days, and also the present time.
