About one third of our life is spent on our mattresses. The mattresses play an important role in our life and also affect the daily activities, energy levels, moods and alertness. Good sleep is very important for our health. It is very important to change our mattresses regularly for good health and sleep.
As per Sleep Council, the replacement of our mattresses is required every 8 years. After 8 years of continuous use, the mattresses is very old and become uncomfortable for you, which affects the neck and back pain. Anybody who suffered from back and neck pain, you can change your mattress. After sleep, if you feel tires, back pain and stretch in muscles then you may realize that your mattresses are not comfortable or relatable for you and needs for replacement of your mattresses.
As per earlier research for the continuous use of mattresses, it is found that the yeast and bacteria are exist in your mattresses. We can daily sleep for several hours in the continuous use of mattresses, which affects your health including breathing and skim problem are common causes. You must replace your mattresses if you feel back and neck pain, and many more health issues and buy new mattresses.
If you were continuous use the old mattresses and bed share with another individual then it may affects the bone of you and another person. New mattresses will be relatable and comfortable and increase your energy level after wake up in the early morning.
