When I have no job in past several years then my anger and frustration had increased a lot. I suffered from difficult situations due to not having job, which feels stressed and anger. I also try to reduce anger by going trip, or watch horror or suspense serials with my friends or cousins or talk to our father to resolve issues, and many more.
