Decrease Anger and Frustration

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

Reducing anger and frustration is the main thing which I would change myself. Due to not getting a good job in the content writing domain, I felt frustration and sometimes anger on snall things, which may affects relationships with my family members and friends. Anger and frustration are the two main negative feelings, which may harmful for any relationships with individuals including family members and friends and also health.

I did not get a good job in the content writing domain, which may increase frustration and anger. I felt that it is harmful for my health and relationships with close individuals including family members and friends. Thus, I decided to reduce my frustration and anger by writing blogs and articles for my site and participate in several activities including play cricket, going for pic with my cousins, and many more.

I am very happy and comfortable to reduce my frustration and anger, which feels relaxed and calm mind.

  2. I think get where you’re coming from, truly. That mix of frustration + anger when something you’re working hard for still feels out of reach.

    It can wear you down in ways people around us don’t always see. The fact that you’ve found healthier outlets through writing, cricket, time with cousins already shows you’re moving in the right direction.

    Honestly, acknowledging this shift so openly is a huge step. Keep holding on to the things that make your mind lighter. They’re working for you.
