Introduction – Kazmain, also called as Al-Kadhmiya or Kadhimain, is an important pilgrimage or holy place or city for Shia Muslims and is situated in Iraq. The rauza of Imam Musa Al-Kazim is situated in the Al-Kazimiyya Mosque in Kazmain thus Kazmain is the holy city for Shia Muslims worldwide. There is another rauza of Muhammad al-Jawad, who was a descendant of Prophet Mohammad and also grandson of Imam Musa Al-Kazim, situated in the Al-Kazimiyya Mosque. Imam Musa al-Kazim is the 7th Imam, and his grandson, Muhammad al-Jawad, is the 9th Imam out of the 12 Imams.
