How do you relax?

When I was very  tired and stressed  then I sleep for several hours then I feel relaxed and calm mind. At night when I sleep for whole night then I feel relaxed and better in the next early morning. Good sleep is beneficial for health including good heart health, good mood, improve mental health, low stress, improve immune system, and many more.

I also sleep whole night, which feels relaxed and calm mind. In any holiday, I also sleep in the afternoon to relax and calm mind. When I feel stressed or depressed then I sleep for several hours, which feels relaxed and calm mind. Sleep is very beneficial in relaxing mind ro get energy and deal challenges on the next day.

When I feel tired or stressed then I sleep for several hours to feel relaxed and calm mind.
