What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
Nowadays, most people are suffering from negative feelings or depression due to several issues including tension in marriage relationships, divorces, unemployment, financial problems, break ups with their partners, fail in studies, and many more issues. Presently the main cause of negative feelings or depression is unemployment and break ups or divorces will their partners. Most people deal with their negative feelings through several methods.

I also suffer from negative feelings or depression due to not getting a permanent good job in the content writing domain. When I felt stressed or depressed due to not a good job then I like to watch horror serials including Zee Horror Show, Aahat, Haunted Nights, and many more to reduce our negative feelings, and depression. I watch these horror serials with our parents for fun and entertainment.
I also like to watch horror serials in the free time in the childhood days and the present time for fun and entertainment. Presently, I watch horror serials including Zee Horror Show, Aahat, Haunted Nights, Yeh Kaali Kaali Raatein, Fear Files, and many more in the T.V and YouTube for fun and enjoyment and is beneficial in lowering negative feelings and depression.
Thus, When I feel negative feelings and depression then I will watch horror serials for fun, entertainment and happiness and also helps in reducing negative feelings and depression.
