What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
Most people are suffering from negative feelings or depression in their lives due to not getting their goal, break ups or divorces, tension in marriage relationships, financial problem, cheating by their partners, unemployment, and many more. Thus, several people deal with their negatives feelings in several methods.

I also suffering from negative feelings or depression due to not getting a good job in the content writing domain. I deal with negative feelings by listening songs and music, which feels better and relaxed. When I felt stressed and depressed then I listen to songs and music to reduce our stress and depression which feels better and relaxed. I like to listen to slow song and music in the free time or free from work.
I also like to listen to songs and music in the in childhood days when I free from studies. When I felt tension and stressed then I listen to songs and music to lower our stress and tension which feels better and happy during childhood days.
Presently, I like to listen to songs and music in the free time, which feels better, relaxed and comfortable and is also beneficial in reducing negative feelings and depression.
I completely understand, listening to music has been a way for me to relax ever since I was a young child.
