What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Most people suffering from negative feelings due to several issues in their lives. These negative feelings are converted into severe depression that enhances the risk of suicides. Thus, we should try to reduce our negative feelings for a better life. Several causes of negative feelings or depression are fail in studies, break ups, financial problem, marriage issues, dead of loved ones, and many more.

I also suffering from depression due to not getting a good job in the content writing job for a better future. To reduce our negative feelings, I go for picnic with our family members and cousins for fun and entertainment. I enjoy every moment in picnic with our cousins. I also played several sports including badminton, football, cricket, hide and seek, and many more to reduce our stress and depression.

Several family members made delicious dishes for picnic. Thus, I also enjoy delicious dishes including omlette, bread, poori, sabzi, fruits, tea or coffee,  cold drinks, and ice cream. This type of trip is also beneficial in strengthening our relationships with our family members and cousins that also helps to reduce our stress and tension. I also took memorable photographs of our family members and cousins in the picnic

Picnic is one of the good strategies to reduce our negative feelings or depression for a better life. If you feel stressed or depressed then you can go for picnic with your friends and family members for fun and entertainment and is beneficial in lowering stress and depression.
