Ramzan ka Teesra Ashra Mubarak 2025

The third or final Ashra, the last 10 days of Ramzan, holds huge spiritual significance in Islam. It concentrates on seeking safety (Nijat) from Hellfire and asking God (Allah) for salvation or forgiveness. The last Ashra of Ramzan is Nijat (free from hellfire), which may start on the 21st day of Ramadan and end on the 29th or 30th day of Ramzan.

Due to the occurrence of the last Friday or Juma (Jumatul-Vida), and Layla Tul Qadr or Shab-e-Qadr, the third or last Ashra is the most important Ashra for Muslims worldwide.  It is believed that the nights of Layla Tul Qadr occur on the odd nights of this Ashra, which can be the 21st, 23rd 27th. or 29th of Ramzan. Thus, the odd nights of Shab-e-Qadr are the holiest nights in the holy month of Ramzan for Muslims to focus on seeking blessings and rewards from Almighty Allah.

Muslims offer to pray (Namaz) the whole night on the holiest nights of Layla Tul Qadr to seek Nijat from Hellfire and seek blessings or rewards from God (Allah). Muslim individuals are also blessed with a night (Laila-tul-Qadr), which is better than a thousand nights in the holy month of Ramzan Juma Alvida, the last Friday may also be celebrated in the third or last Ashra of Ramadan.
