Reduce Stress or Depression

What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

The main concept of living a very long life is to reduce stress or depression to lower the risk of negative thoughts, heart problems, high blood pressure, and many more. High stress or depression is very harmful for our health because it is related to severe diseases including high cholesterol, heart problems, high blood pressure, and many more.

I try to reduce stress or depression for a healthy life. I watch our favourite horror serials including Zee Horror Show, Fear Files, Aahat, and many more to reduce stress or depression and live a very long life. I also go for morning walk, physical exercise, take delicious food, and many more activities that helps in lowering stress or depression to relax or calm mind and may lower the risk of severe diseases which are related to stress or depression.

Thus, the main concept of living a very long and happy life by reducing the negative feelings or thoughts to lower the stress and depression.
