What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
Sports is also the physical activities or exercise that is beneficial for fitness and healthy life. Several types of sports are cricket, volleyball, hockey, tennis, and many more which are good for your health. Sports also helps in lowering weight that reduces the risk of several diseases which are associated with obesity including high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol, and diabetes.

I also play several sports with our friends and cousins such as badminton, cricket and football with great enjoyment which are beneficial for our health and fitness that lowers the risk of severe diseases. Sports are also beneficial in improving the stamina and strength of our body that is good for our health.

I don’t do sports right now, but I want to do American Ninja Warrior. I have no training gym to practice in, but I like to do exorcises to train for it! And it turned into a hobby. Please read by blogs to know more. 🙂
