How do you manage screen time for yourself?
To manage our screen time by making a daily routine for the whole day. Thus individuals can manage their screen time or daily routine by making a time plan for the whole day

I also manage our daily routine or screen time by making our daily time plan for the whole day. I wake up early morning at 5 am for Fajr prayer (namaz). I took omlette or half boil eggs in the breakfast at 8 am with bread and hot tea. After that, I took bath at 9:30pm for refresh.
I work as freelance content writer in many assignments that is giving by our several clients from 10 am to 2pm. I took several delicious dishes including pulse, roti, vegetables with rice at 2pm. I again work in assignments with several clients between 2:30 pm and 5:00pm.
After work, I sleep from 5:00pm to 6;30 pm . I took sandwiches with hot tea as breakfast at 7:00 am. I watch our favourite TV serials between 8pm and 9pm with our family members.
I took several dishes including rice, pulse, vegetables and many more at 9 pm with our family members. I again watch TV programs from 9:30pm to 11:00pm with our family members. I slept at 11: 10 pm after watching several favourite TV serials
