What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Physical exercise is very beneficial for your health. It helps in lowering weight that reduces the risk of several diseases which are linked with obesity including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, and many more.

Walking, Running and Jogging are my favourite forms of physical exercise. I do exercise in the morning to lower our weight for healthy life.

I love bicycling and I go to work almost every day by bicycle 🚲. I feel so much better, especially knowing that for eight hours straight I will barely do any exercise!
