How often do you walk or run?
I may often walk instead of running to reduce or control weight. I regularly walk to reduce or control weight and is beneficial in preventing or lower the risk of several severe diseases that are linked with obesity.

Sometimes, I walk in the morning that helps in reducing weight and is beneficial in lowering the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and many more.
I walk as an exercise in the morning and is beneficial for healthy heart.

I had to install the “earn as you walk” app just so I would get the motivation 😄 it’s not an easy thing to just walk in this heat 🥲
