Several Self-Care Practices or Routine

How do you practice self-care?

There are several self-care practices or routine that I do are given below –

1. I regularly do exercise at morning to reduce our weight that makes me happy.

2. I listen music in the free time to refresh our mind.

3. I meet friends and family members to reduce the stress of our life.

4. I take delicious dishes in breakfast including omlette, aaloo parathas, chola poori, and many more to become healthy and happy.

5. I also go for trip with our friends and family members to refresh our mind and lower the stress.

6. I also do routine check up with our doctor to be healthy in the future life.

7. I enjoy every moment of life with our friends and cousins.

8. I also share our difficulties via blogs with our blogger friends

9. I also watch our horror and suspense serials that makes me happy feel.

10. I also chat or talk with our friends and cousins through mobile and WhatsApp to share our problems which feels relaxed and tension free.
